Donation Types

Monetary Donations

Monetary donations include donations to our operating budget, scholarships, cash award donations to students, and/or fully underwriting any of the science fair budget expenses. Budget expenses include, but are not limited to: cash awards, plaques, venue expenses, equipment rental, publicity, and sponsoring an all expense paid trip for a project from the LISEF competition to compete at the Intel International Science & Engineering Fair.

In-Kind Donations

In-kind contributions include donations given in the form of gift certificates or prizes for students or teachers.

Judge Volunteer Opportunities

Category judges are needed for the LISEF competition, both Round 1 and Round 2; these judges should have a PhD or currently working toward one, or equivalent work experience in their field. The time commitment for a category judge will be approximately 7 hours for Round 1 and approximately 5 hours for Round 2. For more information please refer to the judges’ page.
